SMB Sales Executive

ComplySci is a fast-growing, highly successful Fin-Tech company based in New York City.  We are looking for high-energy, aggressive, sales-focused individuals to engage with prospects in the sale of ComplySci products.  Your overall responsibility will be to qualify these opportunities and bring them to closure. This role will play a crucial role in ComplySci’s company growth.

Job Description: 

  • Ability to articulate ComplySci’s value proposition to potential customers
  • Drive the sales cycle including, prospecting, building a pipeline of opportunities, pricing, negotiating and closing new business with SMB companies to achieve quarterly revenue quota.
  • Work closely with the Sales Development and Marketing teams to target appropriate accounts.
  • Sustain sales activities; appointments, demos, proposals, cold calls, dials and database updates. Log all activity in Salesforce, maintaining clean and detailed data.
  • Keep abreast of changes in regulatory compliance and finance technology

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of quota carrying finance sales experience, preferably SaaS technology
  • Experience developing and maintaining customer relationships in a B2B environment
  • Committed to operating with a sense of urgency and a positive winning attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with prospects / customers
  • Proficient with Salesforce,com and Microsoft Office products
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

Customer Success Representative / Account Management

ComplySci is a rapidly growing technology firm and we’re looking for recent college grads to join our Customer Success Team. The Customer Success Team manages all aspects of our customer relationships including initial onboarding and ongoing support. Our Customer Success Representatives are responsible for helping drive adoption and engagement of our SaaS product and maintaining client satisfaction.

Job Description

  • Perform set-up and configurations within the ComplySci platform to get new clients up and running
  • Review and interpret data received from various sources, identifying any discrepancies in data received and translating it for accurate upload into the ComplySci platform
  • Prioritize incoming client support cases in high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Manage support case details in case tracking system
  • Respond to client questions and troubleshoot client issues
  • Daily interaction with our Technical Support and Product Development teams to respond to and represent our clients’ needs, both immediate and long-term

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 0-3 years of work experience
  • Major in Finance or Economics is a plus
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems, perform complex tasks, and prioritize multiple projects
  • Experience in a phone and email customer support role is a plus

Senior Web Developer – Front End

ComplySci is a fast-growing, highly successful Fin-Tech company based in New York City.  We are looking for someone to drive the front-end development of our next generation product.  This is a great opportunity to work with a strong team to build intuitive, performant, and scalable web products.  We are looking for a creative, highly motivated and team oriented developer with experience building and supporting large-scale web applications.

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop responsive cross-platform web applications using Javascript, HTML, and CSS
  • Leverage modern frameworks to improve time to market and code quality (Vue, React, Angular)
  • Develop well designed and efficient UIs that meet end user needs
  • Establish and adhere to web development and deployment best practices
  • Provide guidance via code and design reviews for members of the team
  • Create and maintain technical documentation on development processes and best practices
  • Collaborate with team members to plan and execute in an Agile manner
  • Collaborate with Product Managers on new ideas and functionality for the product
  • Collaborate with QA team members to build efficient and thorough automated tests

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in CS or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of front-end development and design experience (Javascript, HTML, CSS)
  • Experience with Javascript frameworks and utilities (jQuery, Angular, Vue, React)
  • Familiarity with modern front-end build and deployment tools (Webpack, Jenkins)
  • Familiarity with modern styling systems like SASS, LESS, CSS Modules
  • Experience working with Visual Studio and Git (or similar systems)
  • Experience working on an Agile Team (Scrum/Kanban)
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Full Stack development experience is a plus
