Vista Equity Partners and ComplySci

Vista Equity Partners became an investor in ComplySci in August 2018. This partnership was born out of Vista’s Endeavor Funds, which aim to help new high-growth companies who are working to create mission-critical enterprise software solutions. The funds help these companies expand their operations to create a larger impact in their industries. Vista acquired the share in ComplySci through Edison Partners, who retains a minority ownership investment in the organization.
