This is a full time position in our New York office to drive client retention, satisfaction and revenue by leading and building an Account Based Marketing program consisting of multi-touch, multi-dimensional programs to guide your portfolio of clients through their subscription life cycle. The ideal person is a marketing and communications professional with a track record of success driving revenue and building relationships with accounts and contacts at scale and is passionate about finding new ways to engage with clients to ensure the highest client satisfaction. They will work directly with the marketing, customer success, customer support and renewals teams as well as with the product and technology and technology teams. If you are relentless in finding new ways to engage with clients and ensure that clients are highly satisfied, this job is for you!

How you’ll contribute to our mission:

  • Manage the development and execution of all ABM programs, including email marketing & webinars to grow and retain your portfolio of clients
  • Create analytical dashboards to understand where opportunities for further optimization and engagement
  • Develop relationships with your portfolio of clients to drive case studies, reference clients and participation in client programs such as the Client Advisory Board and User Conference
  • Coordinate with other teams including customer success, customer support and renewals teams
  • Developing a strategy around communicating with multiple groups of clients with similar needs

How you’ll know you’re the right fit:

  • You’ve experienced best in class marketing, demand generation, and channel experience with a B2B SaaS company (experience with Salesforce, SalesLoft, Marketo or similar software a plus)
  • You’re creative and a strategic thinker who drives results
  • You love data, have a passion for measuring performance, and making strategy decisions based on that data
  • 2-5 years exp
  • English major is a plus
