We’re looking for a sharp, energetic Global Head of Customer Support to join our rapidly growing team and take our highly rated service organization to the next level.Providing customers with superior service and delighting them is a core pillar of our strategy and in this role you’ll expand and scale a global, fast-paced Customer Support function that serves the largest banks, hedge funds, PE firms and professional service organizations. 

How you’ll contribute to our mission:

  • Set a strategic vision for the ComplySci Customer Support organization and build the team to deliver on the vision for outstanding client service
  • Evaluate and optimize existing workflows and technology to better support customers and improve efficiency
  • Guide the development and delivery of insights & analyses about the customer experience to the company and executive team
  • Stay ahead of the growth and business direction and ensure that global operations are set up for success
  • Create a training program to effectively onboard cohorts of Customer Support team members
  • Build, mentor and coach a dedicated team

How you’ll know you’re the right fit:

  • Experience building and running a high performance 24/7 service center in the technology field
  • Passionate about delivering outstanding and delightful customer experience
  • Effective and proven cross-functional collaborator that drives results
  • Comfortable creating project roadmaps, scopes, and timelines
  • Experience at a fast-paced, tech startup undergoing rapid change and growth
  • Excellent track record of successfully partnering with C-level executives
