Our global governance, risk management and compliance (GRC) solutions helps more than 1,100 financial services and professional services institutions proactively identify risks and manage complex regulatory and compliance challenges. The Role

We are looking for a creative, results driven marketer to manage ComplySci’s customer and events marketing. This will include:

Customer Marketing:

Launch new customer marketing programs, including client welcome experience, customer education plans and support for client renewals. These initiatives will successfully:

  • Increase customer engagement
  • Drive cross-sell revenue
  • Communicate the value we deliver
  • Make customers feel appreciated

Events Marketing:

Plan and execute ComplySci’s event strategy, including hosted marketing events and sponsored industry events. These events will successfully:

  • Build Pipeline for the sales team
  • Promote client retention
  • Build brand awareness

What You Will Do

Customer Marketing

  • Plan and manage the ComplySci User Conference
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to enhance the client onboarding experience
  • Manage monthly customer education and engagement programs
  • Run quarterly customer advisory board meetings
  • Build personalized renewal packages
  • Implement creative ways to delight our clients

Events

  • Plan, oversee and execute multiple hosted events from start to finish, including scouting and event location, budget management, all related event logistics, and coordination of stakeholders
  • Manage and enhance participation in key conferences, speaking engagements and sponsored events. Prepare and negotiate various event sponsorships and contracts
  • Build out best practices for pre-event and post-event follow up to maximize qualified conversations from events
  • Manage and track event budgets, expenses, KPI’s and ROI
  • Support the creation of engaging experiences to generate pipeline
  • Work cross-functionally with teams to ensure events are on brand, on
    message, and attract the right audience.
  • Coordinate and manage internal events, including sales training and employee events

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working in marketing, preferably in the B2B technology space
  • Excellent written, verbal communication and analytical skills
  • Strong attention to detail; grace under pressure
  • Ability to work in a high performance culture while juggling various projects
  • Organized and strong attention to detail.
  • Self-starter, entrepreneurial, resourceful, & detail orientated
  • Strong passion for serving and understanding customers
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple project
  • Ability to work in our NYC location on a daily basis
