The Role

Our Director of Strategy and Operations is looking for a bright, curious, and well-rounded individual with experience in solutions to work with him on a daily basis. The individual chosen for this opportunity will be the go-to person on the sales operations team when it comes to administration and analysis of the platform.



  • Responsible for the daily configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of
  • Serve as first line support for the company’s use of
  • Handle basic Salesforce administrative functions, including hygiene, data integrity, add/remove users, and other routine tasks
  • Drive adoption firm wide providing training and education
  • Responsible for evaluating and maintaining other sales and support enablement tools
  • Help to integrate third party apps and tools in
  • Create training documentation
  • Assist in new feature roll-out
  • Assist with creating and maintaining reports and dashboards
  • Responsible for supporting and enabling the Sales and Customer Success teams
  • Other adhoc projects



  • BS degree or equivalent
  • Experience with and the desire to expand your knowledge
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
  • Analytical thinker
  • Able to build cross-functional relationships
  • Team player
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Financial services experience a plus
