New York – July 9, 2018 – ComplySci, a leading provider of technology solutions that help financial services organizations stay ahead of risk, today announced that Amy Kadomatsu has joined the company as Chief Operating Officer. With an extensive background in financial services and technology, Amy joins the ComplySci’s executive team during a period of rapid growth. As COO, Kadomatsu will direct ComplySci’s customer success and data operations teams and will lead the company’s innovation initiatives.

Amy has created and launched multiple start-ups, including: Instabot, an enterprise chatbot platform, ROKO Labs, a product strategy and technology consultancy to VC-backed companies, and, a consortium of the largest financial services firms including Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley and Citi, which was acquired by S&P Capital IQ. Previously, Amy was Managing Director at McGraw-Hill Financial.  Amy is also passionate about diversity in tech and is the Co-Board Chair of Mouse, a national nonprofit bringing coding curriculum and STEM programs to underserved youth.

Amy is a graduate of Harvard University and has an MBA from Harvard Business School.
